Ready to scale your business?

VISIONARY.

ENTREPRENEUR.

MENTOR.

Preston Brown is a Business Automation Strategist who has built a portfolio of companies generating over $200 million in annual revenue. But unlike most entrepreneurs with his track record, Preston isn’t obsessed with growth. He’s obsessed with freedom.

The

Journey

Preston’s story begins in a trailer park outside El Paso, Texas. The son of a brilliant metallurgical engineer who struggled financially despite his intelligence, Preston learned early that talent alone doesn’t guarantee success.

At just seven years old, Preston witnessed a defining moment that would shape his future. His father, his 6’4″ hero and a Mensa member, was forced to accept less money than he was owed in a business transaction because the family desperately needed funds. At that moment, Preston made a vow: He would never be financially controlled like his father had been.

This drive propelled Preston to launch his first business while still in college. Soon, he was earning more than his professors, leading him to drop out and fully commit to entrepreneurship. The next two decades were a whirlwind of success as Preston built business after business, amassing wealth and accolades.

But he hadn’t realized that he was still solving the wrong problem.

I followed what my mother always said:

“Once you learn the rules of the game, you’ll always know how to win.”

The

Turning POint

In 2019, everything changed. Preston received the call that his father had passed away unexpectedly in his sleep. Rushing to his mother’s house, Preston encountered the first problem he couldn’t solve. Death.

For three weeks, he grappled with profound grief and anger. Firstly, toward his father for leaving, then toward God for taking him, and finally toward himself for not giving his hero the time they both deserved.

Then came the epiphany that would transform his life and business philosophy. He’d been chasing the wrong metrics.

Preston realized he’d spent decades trying to solve his father’s money problems. Which was a mission that could never be completed now that his father was gone that had nothing to do with money. The best lie the devil ever told was seated with just an ounce of truth.

“I had a lesson to learn,” Preston says. “The game wasn’t just about resources and money. There are multiple games I want to win, the main one being love.”

The

Transformation

This realization led Preston to completely redesign his approach to business. Instead of managing by crisis and working around the clock, he developed systems that allowed his companies to run without him. He discovered that true wealth isn’t measured in dollars but in freedom. For Preston, this is the ability to spend time with loved ones, pursue passions, and live with purpose.

The

Mission

Preston’s personal transformation fueled a new mission: helping other entrepreneurs escape the trap he had fallen into. He now teaches business owners how to build systems that generate both wealth and freedom, allowing them to focus on what truly matters.

His methodology centers around what he calls “The Four Fs”:

Finance: Creating automated systems that generate wealth while buying back your time.

Fitness: Maintaining physical well-being as the foundation for sustainable success.

Family: Building meaningful relationships that give purpose to your achievements.

Faith: Developing the self-belief necessary to overcome obstacles and reach your highest potential.

The

Philosophy

Preston’s business philosophy is refreshingly straightforward.

Measure what matters, automate what’s measurable, and focus your energy on what truly drives results.

Unlike conventional business gurus who glorify the “hustle,” Preston teaches entrepreneurs how to build businesses that run without them. Transforming their businesses from obligations into assets.

“If your business can’t run without you,” Preston often says, “you don’t own a business – you own a job.”

Personal Life

When he’s not helping entrepreneurs transform their businesses, Preston enjoys quality time with his wife Erin and their two children at their home in El Paso, Texas. An avid aviation enthusiast, he owns multiple aircraft and enjoys the freedom of flight. Which is a perfect metaphor for the liberation his business systems provide.

Preston believes that your business should fund your purpose, not become it. His ultimate goal is to help entrepreneurs build lives of meaning, impact, and freedom
